Cubex - Old Timer Series 01 - Engineer Huff

Old Timer Series 01 - Engineer Huff is Cubex's version of the Generation 1 minibot Huffer.  Masterpiece style Huffer?  Yes, please!  How could I say no to another Season 1 autobot car?  Once again, the nostalgia factor is off the charts.  These are the characters I ran home from school to watch everyday.  I loved my Generation One Transformers toys as a kid in the 80s.  They were the coolest toys of that era.  But lets face it, a lot of them looked nothing like the characters that we saw in the cartoon.  The masterpiece line is fixing that for us 30 years later.

Generation 1 Pre-rub Jazz AFA 85 NM+

When somebody says "Generation One Transformers" the first thing that pops into my head are the 1984-1985 autobot cars.  I was 6 years old in 1984 and I still remember the Transformers phenomenon like it was yesterday.  All my friends at school were into them, and we all had our favorite.  We brought them to show and tell, and played with them at each others houses.  One of my lofty goals as an adult Transformers collector is to have all of the 1984-1985 autobot cars MISB.  That leads perfectly into this recent acquisition.

Powermaster (Godmaster) Overlord D-307
